After 45 years of living, learning, coaching, and building culture, this company feels like the culmination of everything that’s shaped me—especially my faith.

Through years of prayer and reflection, I felt God calling me to step out in faith. To live with intention. To serve with purpose. To build something that reflects what I’ve been given and ultimately points back to Him.

I was raised right here in Brentwood—attending Lipscomb, Brentwood Middle, and Brentwood High School. After college, I spent over two decades coaching soccer for the Brentwood Soccer Club. I’ve also spent much of my professional life in HR, focused on building environments where people thrive—where values matter, and culture is everything.

Let’s Go Home Team is where all of that comes together.

This brand was born out of a love for community, a passion for creativity, and a commitment to connection. With the unwavering support of my wife, Emily, and our two boys, Asher and Levi, I set out to build something meaningful. Something that would serve others, lift up what matters most, and bring people together.
