Made to Order

Most items are made to order. Once it's ready to ship you'll get a tracking code emailed to your inbox.

Home Team Return Policy

We want you to love your gear.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase or accidentally ordered the wrong size, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted. If you request an exchange, we’ll cover the cost to ship the replacement. Just note that it won’t be sent until we receive the original item.

If we messed up, we’ll make it Right.

If your item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a pre-paid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either issue a full refund or get the correct item out to you at no additional cost.

Please note:We don’t ship replacements until the original item is returned and received. Thanks for understanding—we want to make sure everything’s done right.
